Cancellation Policy

As we are a small business every hour counts in meeting our overhead.  

We kindly ask for your consideration in regards to scheduling and canceling appointments.

TO OUR DISMAY, WE HAVE HAD TO IMPLEMENT A CANCELLATION POLICY 

In order to avoid such instances, we now require 24 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment.

If sufficient notice is not given we reserve the right to bill you $39.00 to compensate for our loss.
